investor, marathon runner, and founder of Savvy Investher Society.
I started this community to bring structure and support to a world that can feel overwhelming to navigate alone, believing that we build confidence faster when we do it together.
My story
Money didn’t always feel empowering to me. For years, it felt like training without a plan: I was investing, but not always with confidence or direction. I saved and invested quietly but wondered what was possible with clearer goals and purpose.
Then something shifted. I realized my financial goals weren’t external benchmarks. They had to come from within. Like setting a personal record based on your own fitness rather than someone else’s pace, I saw that my money goals needed to align with my life goals.
Money became a tool to amplify what matters most to me: how I spend my time (my sense of purpose), the freedom to make autonomous career choices, and the ability to create impact in my community today — not someday in the future.
As I started getting serious about my own finances, I:
Got crystal clear about my current expenses and net worth
Aligned my investment portfolio with my values
Figured out my “financial freedom number”
And I saw how structure created calm. Diving into the details yielded a deeper sense of freedom. One grounded in truly knowing my financial picture and making intentional changes in my career and life as a result.
I wanted other women to feel that same clarity and confidence, without the overwhelm that so often comes with figuring out where to start.
I founded Savvy Investher Society to make the world of personal finance and investing feel approachable, structured, and supportive.
Today, I’m pursuing my Certified Financial Planner™ credential and leading a growing community of women who are redefining what financial success looks like for themselves: each running her own race, at her own pace.
